Information we collect
Seller applications include business identity, contact details, products, fulfillment practices, inspection evidence, certifications, and voluntary consent choices. Buyer waitlist records include email address, state, consent status, source, and signup date.
Political affiliation
Blue Beef never infers political affiliation from location, voter files, donation records, demographics, social media, purchase history, or third-party profiles. Seller self-identification is optional and separately controlled as public, private-record-only, or no designation.
How information is used
Information is used for seller verification, onboarding, marketplace publishing, customer support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and consented communications. Private-only political choices are excluded from public listings.
Sharing and retention
Blue Beef does not sell personal information. Data may be shared with service providers that support hosting, communications, payment processing, security, or legal compliance. Verification and transaction records may be retained as required for operations and law.
Your choices
You may request correction, deletion, communication opt-out, or withdrawal of public political-affiliation consent. Public designation withdrawal should be completed within five business days. Contact privacy@bluebeefmarket.com.
