- Documented processing establishment and inspection reference.
- Cold-chain packaging and fulfillment controls appropriate for perishable meat.
- Accurate origin, product, inventory, pricing, and certification claims.
- Published customer-support and refund practices.
Political-affiliation consent
Self-identification is optional, never preselected, and reviewed separately from operational eligibility. Sellers may authorize public display, keep the choice private, or provide no designation. Consent may be withdrawn.
Ongoing obligations
Sellers must promptly report material changes to inspection status, processing facilities, shipping coverage, recalls, ownership, or customer-support channels. Blue Beef may periodically reverify evidence and pause listings that become incomplete or outdated.
Enforcement
Material misrepresentation, unsafe practices, unresolved compliance issues, or misuse of buyer information may lead to suspension or removal. Custom-exempt product cannot be presented as inspected retail inventory.
