BLUE BEEF Marketplace

MARKETPLACE TERMS

Clear rules. No mystery meat.

These working terms define Blue Beef’s role as a marketplace connecting independent buyers and sellers.

Working launch policy · Updated August 27, 2026

Marketplace role

Blue Beef provides discovery, verification, listing, and marketplace services. Sellers remain responsible for their products, labeling, inventory, pricing, fulfillment, taxes, refunds, and compliance with applicable law.

Verification is not a guarantee

Blue Beef reviews submitted business, inspection, and fulfillment evidence, but does not manufacture, process, store, transport, or independently test seller products. Buyers should review each seller’s policies before ordering.

Seller fees

The planned marketplace fee is 8% of transactions processed through Blue Beef. Optional paid placement or buyer memberships must be disclosed separately. No transaction fee is charged until payment processing and a signed seller agreement are active.

Prohibited listings

Custom-exempt meat may not be listed as inspected retail product. False origin, inspection, certification, political-affiliation, or product claims may result in removal. Illegal, unsafe, recalled, or misrepresented products are prohibited.

Disputes and changes

Seller fulfillment disputes begin with the seller’s published support channel. Blue Beef may suspend listings while investigating credible safety or compliance concerns. Material changes to these terms will be posted before taking effect.
